The building with the red roof in the picture is Center of Excellence for Training in Energy Efficiency (CETEE) of the Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Productivity (AIP) in Chennai. AIP is a partner unit of the APO Green Productivity Green Technical Service Team in India. The solar power rooftop demonstration project implemented by the Green Technical Service Team and AIP will be a demonstration station used by AIP to teach representative from government, industry, academic and research circles from India and oversea how to increase energy efficiency, conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions, and it is hoped it will encourage more excellent green technology companies to move into AIP CETEE. The Indian government is key to see this happen and offers free entry to suitable interested companies. Displaying the latest green technology at AIP CETEE will also help Taiwanese companies develop the Indian market. Interested in moving into CETEE and answering the call of the New Southbound policy?
