The 5th Green Productivity Training for Consultants and Trainers Program is held in Taiwan

The APO has been promoting Green Productivity (GP) as a strategy for almost 20 years. Since the establishment of the APO Center of Excellence on Green Productivity (APO COE on GP) in 2012, we have been playing an important role in pushing for green productivity through hosting related events and programs - one of them being the Green Productivity Training for Consultants and Trainers. The program is the headline of APO’s annual events and has been hosted by our country since 2015. Not only does the program promote networking between domestic and international talents, but it also displays the exceptional consultancy capability and technical advantage of Taiwan.
This year’s event spans two weeks from June 10 to June 21 and takes the form of educational classes. The theme for week one is lecture and consulting story sharing by domestic and international experts on the topic of green productivity. Then, students from member countries share the current development status of green productivity in their countries. The theme for week two is the field application of recently acquired knowledge within the domestic companies as practice, further revision and learning through the process, recommendation report writing, and presentation before the company representatives. APO encourages students to promote green productivity and become “green consultants” recognized by APO.
